2.As a day trader always follow opening price and keep tag of last day closing price of the stock.
3.For Eg if a stock opened at 50 and so far day high is also 50, then have your last day closing price reckoner ready and say if it was 47, then invariably stock will fall in the day to 47 as it was the consensus price reached yesterday and the stock has not been able to move ahead of 50.So one can safely shortsell such a stock around 49.5 as chances of such a stock falling to 47 are bright.
