1.A value investor is a person who looks at a company from long term aspect and is not perturbed by short term variation in the stock price.

2.Example of such wealth creators is Infosys,Reliance.Have faith in the fundamentals of the company and finally you will be winner.

3.I remember listening to Mr Jhunjhunwala around 2-3 years back where he was narrating his story that how he has invested in Aptech and Bhushan Steel.He stated that people should not ape him blindly as he can be wrong and sited the case of Bhushan steel which was trading around 100 Rs and his acquisition price was 200+.But he further stated that he is a value investor and has found value in company.Later on Bhushan steel was mired in a controversy when explosives were found in its dumpyard in scrap metal and the scrip plummeted further.

4.However after 3 years of the fiasco Bhushan Steel is scaling new highs every day.Thus My R Jhunjhunwala was absolutely correct being a value investor and identifying the company at its nascent stage.

5.A word of caution-DO NOT ape Mr Jhunjhunwala blindly and use your discretion while buying any stock.
