1. One can predict the correct trends in the stock market by virtue of technical analysis which is the study of past price and volume trends and thus one is able to get a clear likely direction of future price movement.

2. If one is able to undertake the technical analysis; then it helps the readers and investors alike to undertake investment based on informed decisions.

3. It is pertinent to note that technical analysis relies on charting technique as it enables graphically display of trends, relationships and patterns.

4. Bar Chart, Line Chart and Candle Stick Chart are widely used for Technical Analysis. We can call a bar chart as a chart where high, low and closing values are used to plot Bar Chart Candle Stick Chart.

5. Similarily one can call candle stick chart as a chart where Open, High, Low and Closing values are used to plot the chart.

6. Last but not least is a line chart where closing Value is used to plot Line Chart.
