Down Markets Golden Rules to Make Money

1. One need not require any body advice to buy the stocks when they are down but the expertise lies in choosing the wheat from the chaff. As a thumb rule always find the stocks which are down at DOW, S&P 100, BSE and NSE etc and choose the stocks which are leaders in the segment. Always buy the stocks which produce the products which are in demand irrespective of the cycle of the economy. Prefer those stocks near 52 week low.

2. One can now search for the stocks way below the 200-day moving average and also study their balance sheets and earnings estimates and make a list of top ten stocks among the whole chaff. Do remember to avoid being swayed by TV channel or business channels talk and now make your portfolio.

3. Regarding these analysts one can say that if they are predicting really low bottoms, we have definitely bottomed. And if they are talking about it on TV, it has already happened.
