Warren Buffet speaks point blank and spoke harshly against David Sokol and now it is clear that he is not in the run for being his in run to be his successor because of his insider trading role and to make the facts clear before the august gathering while speaking to investors he stated that whoever follows him as chief executive of Berkshire Hathaway Inc will be "as straight as an arrow."

You will remember that Sokol who was widely considered a top candidate to succeed Buffett as Berkshire's chief executive had to resign under a cloud last month after it was revealed that he had bought USD 10 million of shares in Lubrizol Corp while he was pitching the chemicals company as a Berkshire takeover target.

Warren Buffet has a succession plan in place and he has four internal candidates to potentially succeed him as chief executive. He further stated that now the candidate he was thinking was leading candidate now and he would lay a lot of money on the fact that he is as straight as an arrow.
