1. I generally do not look at the market when the market is falling as it unnecesarily increases the blood pressure. The reason for mine staying calm are listed below even when the market falls with a thud:

(a) I buy with cash.
(b) I do not buy on margin.
(c) I buy only fundamental stocks.
(d) I buy solely on the basis of my personnel decisions and technical analysis and thu8s no one else is to be blamed in case I ever fail.
(e) I look for buying opportunity in falling market and generally buy the stocks at low levels and thus further low in those stocks is limited.
(f) I have faith in my capability as the stocks bought by me rebounds with a vengeance and gives me a good return.

2. Last but not least my friends, parents, relatives and colleagues have faith in my capability as I always give them sound advice and thus I am able to weather these blips in market in a cool and calm manner and one can only make money from any stock market if one does not lose the judgement making capability which becomes hazy due to anxiety.
